Greetings and warm wishes to you! I trust this message finds you in good spirits. We are thrilled to share the exciting details about the upcoming 8-week English Line Cook Registered Apprenticeship program and information sessions for the 2024 cohort.

These information sessions are not just about facts and figures; they are a special opportunity for participants to truly engage with our offerings, explore our cutting-edge kitchen facilities, and uncover the wide array of career prospects that await them upon successful program completion.

For your convenience, here are the key details for this cohort:

Start and End Date: Thursday, February 22nd – Tuesday, April 16th

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Time: 3 pm to 9 pm

Training Location: HTA Kitchen - 1234 S. Western Ave., 90006

Info Session Options:

o Wednesday, January 3rd @ 10am (sharp)

o Thursday, January 11th @ 10am (sharp)

o Friday, January 19th @ 3:30pm (sharp)

o Thursday, January 25th @3:30pm (sharp)

To secure a seat, simply inform your client to choose a preferred date and communicate it to me via email (Larry.Carr@LAHTA.org) or text (310-346-2505). I am eager to confirm their reservation promptly.

In our efforts to make their experience seamless, we offer complimentary parking in our lot. Should the lot be full, alternative options for free street parking and metered parking are also available.

A friendly reminder: arriving 10-15 minutes in advance is highly recommended. Please inform them that once the information session begins, the doors automatically lock for security purposes, and entry will not be permitted.
