I am proud to share with you the 2025 Minority Wealth Gap (MWG) Annual Report, which you can view here: Minority Wealth Gap 2025 Annual Report.

This year’s report is a testament to what is possible through unwavering commitment. Despite receiving very few donations this past year, we refused to let our momentum stall. By leaning into our community partnerships and operating with extreme efficiency, we have achieved significant milestones in workforce development, supporting minority entrepreneurship, and analyzing barriers to generational wealth for minority families.

However, while we have proven we can achieve much with very little, the reality is that the need for our work has never been greater. The economic barriers facing underrepresented communities are intensifying, and to meet this rising demand, our current model is no longer sustainable.

The work must continue—but we cannot scale it alone.



We are at a critical juncture where the gap between the resources we have and the needs of the community is widening. To continue our research, advocacy, and direct support programs into 2026, we urgently need your financial support.
