Jemba has been instrumental in mentoring, coaching, and guiding green belts, black belts, operational managers, and senior leadership teams. His expertise extends to navigating the complexities of process improvement, cultural change, and ensuring the sustainability of improvement results.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing President, Jackie Senkandwa, for her outstanding contributions and hard work throughout 2023. Under her leadership, our organization achieved remarkable milestones, and we are immensely thankful for her dedication.
